Secluded on more than eight acres of prime oceanfront property with a pristine 635 foot sandy beach, Renaissance contains luxurious residences and magnificent penthouses right on Hollywood Beach. We performed a significant and extensive renovation to the lobby of this high end building, including porcelain floors throughout, and custom-designed soffits, millwork and trim. Additionally, lighting and layout were re-engineered and energy-efficient LED technology implemented, while incorporating designer light fixtures.
