We had the privilege of building out the office for one of South Florida’s top interior designers. Located in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood, this bright and energizing street level commercial space is design headquarters for Britto Charette. Once known primarily for its connection to Art Basel, Wynwood is enjoying international attention so demand for housing and commercial real estate is growing. At 1335 square feet, the space is a triple threat, functioning as an office for the design team, a gallery for international artists, and as a retail showroom for the designers’ line of home accessories and high-end furniture.
